The following table indicates
how the postage and packaging costs of your order is calculated. Depending on
the volume or weight of the order we may choose a courier service or Royal Mail
First Class. This table indicates postage and packing in the United Kingdom and
Northern Ireland only. If you wish to have an order shipped overseas please contact
us in advance. Please remember the cost to us is not just the postage but also
the packaging and time taken to fulfil your order.

Returns
A full refund will be offered on any items that are found to be faulty, or not
despatched to the agreed specifications, as long as the fault/error is reported
within 7 days and upon receipt of returned goods. Please ask before ordering
if you are unsure. Refunds, minus original postage costs, will be issued. However,
goods returned in an un-saleable condition will not be accepted. We regret that
we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in the post.
